| Exchange Disseminated Time | Satra Properties India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following Business:
1. To approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. To consider and approve re-appointment of Mr. Praful N. Satra as Managing Director w.e.f. May 13, 2016 for a period of 5 years.
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of practices & procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information alongwith Code of Internal procedures and code of Conduct of prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
