| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to Increase in Volumes, R.S. Software (India) Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:
"We have also observed this spurt in volume of our shares and fluctuation in price over last few weeks.
We certainly believe in keeping the stock exchanges notified of any development in the Company of the best of knowledge and ability pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.
Currently there has been no substantial change in the business of the Company and we have been receiving new business in ordinary course.
In recent times we bagged a contract with NPCI of relatively small volume but as any other new opportunity the same also has future business potential.
We believe that this being business added in ordinary course would not be considered as an information under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement." |
