| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 19, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Preferential issue of 30,00,000 Equity Warrants having option to convert each warrant into one equity share of Rs. 10 each to Promoters Group at a price equal to or higher as computed in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements] Regulations, 2009.
2. Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Company to be held on March 26, 2014 to approve the aforesaid preferential issue. |
