| Exchange Disseminated Time | Voltaire Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 14, 201 5 have formulated and adopted "Code for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct" as per Regulation 8(1) and 9(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
