| Exchange Disseminated Time | Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Ordinary Resolution relating to create mortgage and/or charge on the Company’s immovable properties situated at 7th Floor, South East Wing, The Ruby, Senapati Bapat Marg, J. K. Sawant Marg, Dadar (West), Mumbai -400028 against the loan to be availed of from HDFC Bank Ltd on such terms and conditions as may be considered appropriate by the Board of Directors in the best interest of the Company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
The Company has appointed Mr. P. N. Parikh of M/s. P. N. Parikh & Associates, Company Secretary in whole-time practice as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before September 24, 2011. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman / Managing Director after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced thereafter by the Chairman / Managing Director at the corporate office / registered office of the Company on September 27, 2011. |
