1. to consider and approve, the audited financial results for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2016, and
2. to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.
Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 13, 2016 to May 23, 2016 (both days inclusive) in connection with the aforesaid Board meeting of the Company. |
