| Exchange Disseminated Time | Abirami Financial Services India Ltd has informed BSE that members of the Company will consider the resolution by way of Postal Ballot, to alter Clause III (A) of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company by adding the new clause 9 after the existing clause 8 thereof, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
The Company has appointed Mr. G. Porselvam, Company Secretary in Practice as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form should reach to the Scrutinizer on or before the close of the working hours on September 16, 2010. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the result of the voting by Postal Ballot will be announced by the chairman of the Company or in his absence any person authorised by him, on September 20, 2010. |
