Further, as per IFCI's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on March 25, 2015 pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of IFCI Ltd. shall remain closed from October 20,2015 to October 31,2015 (both days inclusive), for the aforesaid purpose. |
