1. Re-appointment of Shri. Tanmey Deva as a Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of M/s. Kamal Kishore & Co., Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company, till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms& conditions.
3. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2006 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon. |
