| Exchange Disseminated Time | BLB Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2014.
Further, Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) from January 28, 2015 till February 13, 2015 i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). |
