| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news article appeared in a leading financial daily titled "Archies in tie-up with Disney & Simon Elvin"Archies Ltd has informed BSE that the article is correct and the Company has entered into agreement with Walt Disney of US for a period of 28 months with effect from April 01, 2004 for grant of non-exclusive rights:
1. To design, create, manufactures or source and sell the Products to consumer in and through Archies's retail stores.
2. To display material for the products and in advertising for the products.
3. To reproduce the Licensed Material and to use the Trademarks
The Company also confirms having entered into an agreement with UK's leading card entity, Simon Elvin for design sourcing. |
