| Exchange Disseminated Time | HB Leasing & Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 and appropriation of profits, if any.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders read with SEBI(Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from May 10, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of 1st meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for FY 2016-17 scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016. |
