We wish to inform you that the Company has always been prompt in making necessary disclosures pursuant to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the requirements of the listing agreement. The company has never or will ever withhold any Unpublished Price Sensitive Information that would have an impact on the prices / volumes of our Company shares.
The Company does not have any Unpublished Price Sensitive Information which it has to disclose to the stock exchanges. Hence the Company is not in a position to make any comment / observation or is able to attribute any perceptible reasons for the increase in share prices / volumes.
We would once again like to reiterate that our Company has always been and will continue to be compliant with all the Regulations of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
