Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that as approved by the Board of Directors vide its Meeting dated March 18, 2015, the Company has appointed M/s Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., Baroda as the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company from July 10, 2015.

Accordingly, after completion of required formalities with National Depositories Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Limited (CDSL), the RTA of the Company shall be changed from M/s. MCS Limited to M/s Link Intime India Private Limited.

The existing RTA, M/s. MCS Limited, Baroda will continue to provide the Share Registry Services to the Shareholders of the Company until the requisite confirmations are received from NSDL and CDSL.
