| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in the matter of leased land at Hyderabad, the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh has while disposing of the Writ Petition filed by the Company against the Tribunal's Order of September 17, 2011, observed vide its Order dated March 07, 2013 under:
"...it would be just and proper to permit the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the Executive Officer of the respondent mutt, who shall thereupon forward the same to the competent authority for its due consideration under Rule 15 of the Rules. The competent authority shall give opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass a reasoned order, while considering the said application under Rule 15 of the Rules.
If the writ petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the competent authority, he shall be at liberty to take steps, in accordance with law. "
Consequent to the above Order, the Company is evaluating all available legal options. |
