- Dr. Surinder Kapur, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, has relinquished his position as the Managing Director of the Company, but will continue to act as Executive Chairman on the Board of the Company.
- Mr. Sunjay Kapur, Vice Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 22, 2008. |
