He has 25 years of work experience, of which 18 years with Cummins group in various positions with expertise across manufacturing, supply chain, strategy, business development, six sigma. In NRB Bearings as COO, Mr. Manoj Solanki, as an important influencer of long-term strategies within the company, will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in manufacturing facilities, efficient sourcing of materials for manufacturing, logistics, manufacturing quality and safety.
