In continuation of our earlier intimations dated February 5, 2018, October 31, 2017, September 28, 2017 and on the captioned matter and the Share Purchase Agreement dated October 31, 2017 executed with JL Power Ventures Private Limited ('JPL') and Adithya Automotive Applications Private Limited ('AAA'), TRF Limited ('TRF') would like to hereby notify the stock exchanges that pursuant to the terms of divestment of entire 51 % stake in Adithya Automotive Applications Pvt Ltd as contained in the aforementioned Share Purchase Agreement, Mr P. S. Reddy has stepped down from the Board of AAA w.e.f February 5, 2018.
Further Mr. Sabyasachi Hajara has been appointed as representative director of TRF on the Board of AAA w.e.f February 5, 2018 to hold office till the Annual Accounts of AAA for FY'17-18 are approved by its Board.
