| Exchange Disseminated Time | PVP Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adopted the Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2010, the Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointed Mr. N. S. Kumar as a Director liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointed M/s. CNGSN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this AGM till the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company.
4. Re-appointed Mr. Prasad V. Potluri as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years effective from December 04, 2010 to December 03, 2015. |
