Also, para 2.7 of the said circular provides a relaxation period of one (1) month for filing the quarterly results to the exchange.
In view of the same the company has decided to re-schedule meeting to be held on 10th August, 2017 within the maximum time as set out by circular for filing of Quarterly results.
The next date of meeting of the Board of Directors to consider, inter-alia, the financial results for the Quarter ended, June 2017, will be intimated shortly.
