| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/09/2017 12:09:42 | With reference to the earlier letter dated September 01, 2017 regarding Shri P R Seshadri has been appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank for a period of three years from the date of taking charge on the terms and conditions approved by Reserve Bank of India under Section 35B of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
In this connection, Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that Shri P R Seshadri has taken charge as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank from September 04, 2017. |
