With reference to the earlier letter dated August 16, 2017, Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at their meeting held on August 31, 2017, have co-opted Shri P R Seshadri as an Additional Director and appointed him as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank for a period of three years from the date of taking charge on the terms and conditions approved by Reserve Bank of India under Section 35B of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
