| Exchange Disseminated Time | V2 Retail Ltd has informed BSE that the following changes in the Key Managerial Personnel and share warrant pending for conversion into equity shares are converted for an amount not exceeding 5% of the voting rights i.e. 11,78,880 Equity Shares which have been discussed and approved in the Board meeting of the Company dated January 20, 2015 :
1. Mr. Manshu Tandon his consent before the Board of the Company as on January 20, 2015 for the appointment as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the Company with effect from January 08, 2015.
2. Share warrant pending for conversion into equity shares are converted for an amount not exceeding 5% of the voting rights i.e. 1,178,880 Equity Shares. |
