Further, in continuation to the disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated June 30, 2016, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the Bank including their immediate relatives till July 29, 2016 and hence, they are not permitted to deal in the shares of YES Bank till July 29, 2016. |
