| Exchange Disseminated Time | Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2010 has recommended, subject to the approval of Shareholders, Bonus Shares in proportion of One New Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every one existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the Shareholders as on record date to be fixed later for this purpose.
Further, after the issue of Bonus Shares, the paid up share capital of the Company would be increased from Rs. 5,50,62,500 (Rs. Five Crore Fifty Lac Sixty Two Thousand Five Hundred) to Rs. 11,01,25,000/- (Rs. Eleven Crore One Lac Twenty Five Thousand). |
