1. To consider and take on record the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2. To fix the date, time, and venue for the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. To fix Book closure dates for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.
Further, In the above connection, it is also informed that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure practices, the Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from July 23, 2015 to August 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) |
