1. Recommended Equity Dividend @ 20% on face value of Rs. 10/- each (Rs. 2 per share) to Non-Promoter shareholders of the Company for the Financial year 2015-16.
2. Took note of cessation of YP Solar Power Private Limited as wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. March 18, 2016.
3. Took note of Resignation submitted by Ms. Prameela Rani M, as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. May 31, 2016.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Deepesh Kumar Pipalwa who is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. June 01, 2016. |
