| Exchange Disseminated Time | V B Desai Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Sepember 22, 2011, inter alia, have unanimously passed the following resolutions / business proposed as per the Notice dated August 25, 2011:
1. Adopted the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2011 and the Balance Sheet as on that date and the reports of Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointed Mr. Ashokkumar Singh, a Director who retires by rotation.
3. Re-appointed the Auditors M/s. Apte & Co. as Auditors to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. |
