| Exchange Disseminated Time | Canara Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 04, 2015,
inter-alia to approve, the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank, for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).
In terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank will remain closed from January 24, 2015 to February 06, 2015 for the Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank and will be reopened on February 07, 2015, on account of Board Meeting to be held on February 04, 2015, inter-alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2014.
