| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from the company with respect to the media report "Adani Group in talks with IOC for Rs 30K Cr Oil Refinery JV at Mundra" appearing in The Economic Times on August 07, 2014.
Adani Enterprises Ltd replied on August 14, 2014.
"The Company keeps the exchange informed about events, information etc. including price sensitive information in accordance with regulatory requirements. In the present case, we do not have any important information/announcement to be shared.
In the event that there is any development that requires disclosure under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, we will make the same in accordance with regulatory requirements."
The company further replied on August 15, 2014 stating "In continuation of our reply dated 14th August 2014 in response to your email, we wish to further submit as under:
M/s Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) is looking for lands at various locations including Mundra for its Refinery Project.
As of now, we are not having any talks with M/s IOC for entering into JV.
The news is purely Media speculation." |
