| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/09/2015 10:43:33 | Zee Learn Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of the Company at its meeting held on September 24, 2015, has approved allotment of 33,535 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share under the existing ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,115,485 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 320,115,485 to 320,149,020 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,149,020/-. |
