The Board of the Company has accordingly decided to hold such adjourned meeting on September 30, 2013 at 11.00A.M at Walchand Centre for Business Training, Indian Merchant Chamber, 3rd Floor, IMC Bldg., IMC Marg, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400 020.
Further the Company has informed that, the adjourned meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on September 30, 2013 at 11.00 A.M. at Walchand Centre for Business Training, Indian Merchant Chamber, 3rd Floor, IMC Bldg., IMC Marg, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400 020. The business of the adjourned AGM will be to transact the same business set out in the AGM Notice dated May 29, 2013.
Instruments of proxy deposited with the Company for the purpose of the AGM will remain valid for the adjourned AGM. |
