| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/07/2016 17:02:05 | | With reference to the earlier disclosures dated February 15, 2016 and March 16, 2016, Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd has now informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has passed an order dated July 21, 2016 with respect to an application filed by Mr. S. Sridhar for seeking restoration of the Suit which was rejected under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules in or about May 2015. While restoring the Suit to file, the Hon'ble Court has directed that, since the attention of the Court was not drawn to the fact that the Suit was dismissed in default and the Court passed ad-interim / interim orders after the Suit was already dismissed, such orders are null and void and are therefore set aside. Further, the Hon'ble High Court has held that all contentions of the parties are kept open. |
