| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/01/2016 18:04:44 | Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015 (Q3).
Further, in view of the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
All the connected persons have been informed that they shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company’s shares during the closure of the trading window as per the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading for dealing in shares of SAIL". |
