This is to inform you that Board has decided in their Meeting held on 29th June, 2017 to conduct Postal Ballot Process to obtain approval of Shareholders on the business as mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice. Please find enclosed herewith copy of the said Postal Ballot Notice.
The Company has completed the dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice along with annexures, by both electronic and physical modes on or before 10th July, 2017. The Notices were dispatched to all Shareholders, whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on 30th June, 2017.
Please note the voting period, including E-Voting for Postal Ballot starts from Wednesday, 12th July, 2017 and ends on Thursday, 10th August, 2017.
Please take the above intimation on records and disseminate the information to the Stakeholders accordingly.
