Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, all business, set out in the Notice, may be transacted by electronic voting. The voting through electronic means begins at 10:00 hours on September 04, 2015 and ends at 17:00 hours on September 07, 2015. The e-Voting shall not be allowed beyond the aforesaid date and time. |
