| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the order made on August 22, 2008, the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on September 27, 2008, or immediately after conclusion of 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company convened on that day at 10 A.M., whichever is later at the same place for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of MKJ Jewellery Pvt. Ltd with Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd ("the Scheme”). |
