Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Ganeshmal Surana, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company has for personal reasons, resigned from the services of the Company. His resignation comes into effect from the close of business hours of September 25, 2011. Mr. Sanjay Gupta. shall take over the charge as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from September 26, 2011. |
