| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/11/2016 14:06:50 | PCS Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 04, 2016, has considered and approved the proposal to sale/transfer its product Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) along with registered Copyrights to such buyer (s) and for such consideration and such terms and conditions in the best interest of the Company. Currently the said LIMS product does not contribute any significant value in the total turnover and profits of the Company. Therefore the sale of this item will not adversely impact on the Company's profitability.
The Board has authorized Mr. H. C. Tandon, Managing Director & CEO to approach such persons to negotiate, deal with, sign, seal and execute such agreements, instruments, documents or papers including the agreement for assignment of Copyrights as may be necessary in regard to the sale/transfer of aforesaid product. |
