| Exchange Disseminated Time | Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant the provisions of the 'OMAX Autos' Code of Internal Procedure & Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, "Trading Window" shall remain closed from May 21, 2014 to May 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) due to Proposed Board Meeting on May 23, 2014, for consideration & approval of the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the Year Ended March 31, 2014.
During the above-mentioned period, all senior/designated employees including consultant, Auditors and RTA of Company have been advised not to involve in any transaction of purchase or sale of the Company's Securities. |
