| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from August 03, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders for dealing in securities of the Company. Accordingly, during the said period, the Directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Company’s shares. |
