| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/08/2016 17:47:45 | Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 26, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following :
1. To issue and allot up to 11450 equity shares of Rs. 10/- the Company each to employee of upon exercise of their options under "ESOS 2014"
With the said allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Company increased from Rs. 155220700 /- to Rs. 155335200/- comprising 15533520 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
2. Draft Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 for issuing upto 1,00,000 options convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs 1O/- each, to eligible employees, subject to the approval of shareholders and other appropriate authorities, if required. |
