| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/04/2016 17:56:54 | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016;
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 and audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016; and
3. To recommend payment of final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
- Closure of Trading Window
Further, as per the "Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders” (hereinafter referred to as the “Code of Conduct”), the trading window of the Company which has been closed since March 23, 2016 for publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016, would open on May 13, 2016.
The same is being informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
- Investors Meet I Call
The Company will hold Investors meet / call on May 11, 2016. During such meet / call, the management will comment on the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Details of the said meet / call will be published on the Company’s website (www.asianpaints.com) in due course. |
