| Exchange Disseminated Time | Rane (Madras) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 22, 2014 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. A public notice of the board meeting for the above purpose is also being issued.
The decision of the board will be communicated to Stock Exchange as soon as the meeting is over. The unaudited financial results will be published in newspapers as required under clause 41 of the Listing Agreement after the meeting.
Notice under Rane Group’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 has been issued to ‘Designated Persons' informing that trading window for this purpose would be closed from January 01, 2014 to January 23, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
