This facility is being provided through CDSL e-voting platform. The e-voting period starts from 10.00 a.m. on September 21, 2015 and ends at 05:00 p.m. on September 23, 2015.
Further, the Company has informed that September 17, 2015 was the cut-off date for the purpose of offering e-Voting facility to the Company's members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 29th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 24, 2015 at 11.00 a.m.
