1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2013 and recommend dividend if any.
2. To fix the date of the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
3. To fix the date of book closure of Share Transfer Books and Register of Members for the purpose of 18th AGM and distributing dividend if any. |
