| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/02/2017 18:00:40 | Mahanagar Gas Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia;
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
2. To consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-17.
In connection with the above, as per the Company's code of conduct and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from February 03, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all employees and designated persons. |
