| Exchange Disseminated Time | Standard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the company has executed a Memorandum Recording Intent dated March 10, 2004 for the proposed development of Company's property situated at Sewree, Mumbai, which has subject to approval of the monitoring redevelopment of lands of Cotton Textile Mills under DC Regulation 58 of DCR 1991 and obtaining the Commencement Certificate from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
The company has now received the necessary approval from the Monitoring Committee and has also received the Commencement Certificate from the Municipal Corporation of greater Mumbai and in pursuance thereof has executed the Development Agreement on June 10, 2004. |
