| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Munjal Showa Ltd has informed BSE that the company has been informed by one of its customer that the company's product (Front Dampers) fitted in their vehicles do not confirm to the approved quality standards. As per the General Purchase Agreement clauses so entered into with the company's customer and as matter of goodwill, the company has decided to replace the Front Dampers fitted to the existing vehicles sold by the customer in the last few months. The company in turn be liable for any damages, which the customer may incur due to warranty claims. The amount due on account of these warranty claims (not yet ascertained) may be quite significant in nature. |
