| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nagreeka Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2007, to allot new shares of Rs 5/- to the existing shareholders of the Company (as per the Scheme of Demerger approved by the Honourable Calcutta High Court).
Further the Company has informed that the shareholders of the Company will also be entitled to the equity shares of Rs 5/- each of Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure Ltd as on the record date March 30, 2007 (as per the Scheme of Demerger approved by the Honourable Calcutta High Court). |
